# Diagnostic

Le diagnostic doit être objectivé autant que possible et cohérent par rapport au tableau clinique décrit. Il est préférable de classer les diagnostics dans l’ordre par rapport à leur impact sur la capacité de travail. Il doit être posé en utilisant la liste de codes CIM-10. La date exacte à laquelle chaque diagnostic a été établi doit être précisée.

Le diagnostic selon la classification CIM-10 doit se baser sur l'ensemble des symptômes cliniques observés chez le patient. Ce système de classification permet d'identifier précisément les maladies et les états de santé. Chaque diagnostic est lié à un code spécifique qui facilite la compréhension et la gestion des informations médicales à l'échelle internationale. Pour une prise en charge adéquate, il est essentiel de documenter le diagnostic dans le dossier médical avec la date et la référence du code CIM-10 approprié.
