# Anamnèse

L’anamnèse est précieuse pour le service médical de l’AI afin de retracer l’historique médical. Elle contribue à la validation des [diagnostics ](/thematiques/diagnostic.md)posés et à garantir la cohérence entre les diagnostics et le [status](/thematiques/status.md). Les éléments ayant joué un rôle du point de vue du parcours professionnel doivent être particulièrement explicités.
