# Modification de l'état de santé

La personne assurée a l'obligation légale de s'annoncer à l'office de l'assurance-invalidité lorsqu'il y a des modifications dans sa situation personnelle et de famille, de son état de santé, lesquelles pouvant modifier ses droits aux prestations. 

C'est aussi dans l'intérêt de la personne assurée d'annoncer la dégradation de sa santé à l'OAI. Elle pourra prétendre à des prestations plus conséquentes.
