# Rapporti trasferiti

Questo menu raggruppa tutti i [rapporti medici che avete trasferito](https://smedai.aivd.ch/supporto-medai-it/come-orientarsi-tra-i-menu-di-medai/pages/KrIg35lx19bTcmCSw47x#id-1.-transferer-au-medecin-qui-devrait-rempli-ce-rapport-medical) a un membro del team e che non sono ancora stati inviati all’UAI competente.

In questa sezione è riportato, per ciascun rapporto, il nome della persona attualmente incaricata del trattamento.

Una volta che il rapporto sarà stato inviato da un medico all’UAI competente, non comparirà più nel menu **«Rapporti trasferiti»**, ma sarà disponibile nel menu **«Cronologia»**.
