# Pazienti

Il menu “Pazienti” consente di ottenere informazioni su tutte le persone per le quali avete ricevuto almeno una cartella clinica su MedAI.

In questa pagina sono presenti anche i dati di contatto che abbiamo in nostro possesso relativi al vostro paziente. 

### Scheda del paziente

Quando accedi alla scheda di uno dei tuoi pazienti, hai la possibilità di:

* visualizzare tutti i rapporti medici compilati o da compilare per quel paziente
* compilare un modulo di rilevamento tempestivo per quel paziente
* scrivere al responsabile AI di quel paziente
