# Cronologia

La cronologia dei [rapporti medici inviati](/supporto-medai-it/come-compilare-un-rapporto-medico-in-medai.md#soumettre-un-rapport-medical) è accessibile dalla barra superiore tramite il menu «Cronologia».

Ogni rapporto medico riporta un’indicazione sullo stato:

* Inviato
* Inviato con segnalazione che l'assicurato non è (più) un suo paziente
* Inviato con indicazione che il rapporto è stato compilato al di fuori di MedAI
* Annullato

Sono inoltre indicati la data di invio o di annullamento e il nome della persona che ha inviato il rapporto all’UAI.

Per ogni rapporto medico potete:
