# Wie kann man das EU/EFTA Formular herunterladen?

Um alle Funktionen des Formulars nutzen zu können, empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines der folgenden Browser.

1. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **"Bericht herunterladen"**, die neben dem Namen des EU/EFTA-Formulars angezeigt wird.<br>
2. Der Bericht wird automatisch heruntergeladen und in Ihrem **Downloads-Ordner** gespeichert.

3. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Datei und wählen Sie **"Öffnen mit Adobe-Acrobat".**

## Formular speichern und versenden

### Formular zwischenspeichern

Falls Sie das Formular nicht vollständig ausfüllen und später weiterbearbeiten möchten: \
→ Gehen Sie zur letzten Seite des Arztberichts (Schritt 8) und klicken Sie auf "**Als Entwurf speichern"**.

Um den Bericht erneut zu öffnen: Rechtsklick auf die Datei **→ "Öffnen mit" → "Adobe Acrobat"**.

### Formular finalisieren

Wenn Sie fertig sind, gehen Sie zur letzten Seite (Punkt 8) und klicken Sie auf **„Diesen Arztbericht abschliessen und sperren“.**

Dadurch wird eine neue, nicht mehr bearbeitbare **PDF-Datei** erstellt.
