# Patienten

Das Menü „Patienten“ ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugriff auf Informationen zu allen Personen, für die Sie mindestens einen Arztbericht über MedAI erhalten haben.\

Auf dieser Seite finden Sie zudem die Kontaktdaten, die uns zu Ihrem Patienten vorliegen.

### Patientenakte

Wenn Sie das Dossier eines Ihrer Patienten öffnen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit:

* alle Arztberichte, die für diesen Patienten ausgefüllt wurden oder noch auszufüllen sind, einzusehen
* ein Formular zur Früherfassung für diesen Patienten auszufüllen
* dem zuständigen IV-Sachbearbeiter dieses Patienten zu schreiben
