# Diagnose
Die Diagnose muss so objektiv wie möglich und kohärent in Bezug auf das beschriebene Krankheitsbild sein. Es ist vorzuziehen, die Diagnosen in der Reihenfolge ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Arbeitsfähigkeit zu ordnen. Sie muss unter Verwendung der ICD-10-Codes gestellt werden. Das genaue Datum, an dem jede Diagnose gestellt wurde, muss angegeben werden.
### Die Diagnose nach ICD-10
Die Diagnose nach der ICD-10-Klassifikation muss auf der Gesamtheit der beim Patienten beobachteten klinischen Symptome beruhen. Dieses Klassifikationssystem ermöglicht die genaue Identifizierung von Krankheiten und Gesundheitszuständen. Jede Diagnose ist mit einem spezifischen Code verknüpft, der das Verständnis und die Verwaltung medizinischer Informationen auf internationaler Ebene erleichtert. Für eine angemessene Behandlung ist es unerlässlich, die Diagnose in der Patientenakte mit dem Datum und der Referenz des entsprechenden ICD-10-Codes zu dokumentieren.
