Qu’est-ce que l’arrêt au stand ? L’arrêt au stand permet aux collaboratrices et collaborateurs de mener une réflexion sur leur situation personnelle et professionnelle ainsi que sur leur avenir. Des changements pouvant intervenir durant la carrière professionnelle, il est essentiel de faire un point de situation ponctuellement. L’arrêt au stand contribue à préserver l’employabilité et la santé. ### 2.
