# Patients

Le menu "Patients" vous permet d'obtenir des informations sur toutes les personnes pour lesquelles vous avez reçu au moins un rapport médical sur MedAI. 

Sur cette page sont présentes également les informations de contacts que nous possédons sur votre patient. 

### Fiche patient

Lorsque vous entrez dans la fiche de l'un de vos patients, vous avez la possibilité de : 

* voir tous les rapports médicaux remplis ou à remplir pour ce patient
* remplir un formulaire de détection précoce pour ce patient
* écrire au gestionnaire AI de ce patient
