# Historique d'envois

Vous pouvez accéder à l'historique des[ rapports médicaux soumis](/comment-remplir-un-rapport-medical-dans-medai.md#soumettre-un-rapport-medical) via la barre supérieure en cliquant sur le menu "Historique d'envois". 

Chaque rapport médical comporte un statut : 

* Soumis (soumis via MedAI)
* Hors patientèle (vous avez indiqué que vous ne traitez plus ce patient)
* Non requis (le rapport médical a été recu par l'OAI hors MedAI. Il n'est plus nécéssaire de le soumettre dans MedAI)
* Annulé (l'OAI a annulé sa demande de rapport médical. Il n'est plus nécéssaire de le remplir et soumettre)

Ainsi qu'une date de soumission / d'annulation et finalement du nom de la personne qui a envoyé le rapport médical à l'OAI.

Pour chaque rapport médical vous avez la possibilité de :
