Il est nécessaire de vérifier que les pièces justificatives reçues de la part de l'assuré soient bien de l'assuré lui-même. Un contrôle **par téléphone** est suffisant afin de vérifier la date de naissance, l'adresse postale et le numéro NSS de l'assuré. 2. Se rendre sur la page d'un assuré.

3. Depuis l'assuré, accéder aux **tiers**.

4. Dans le **Tiers**, onglet **Journalisation**, **créer un événement** standard.

5. Rechercher l'événement en tapant « **portail bénéficiaire – accès octroyé** » ou **PBAO**.

6. Cliquer sur « **valider** ».

7. L'information de l'octroi est visible dans « spécificités » et dans les événements « **journalisations** » du **Tiers** avec les infos nécessaires : Utilisateurs, Date et Libellé.

8. L'information est également disponible au niveau du **dossier assuré**.
