# Aperçu PDF dans Outlook

Réactiver l’aperçu des pièces jointes (PDF, Word, Excel) dans Outlook classique.

L’aperçu des pièces jointes peut se désactiver après une mise à jour.

Ces étapes réactivent l’aperçu (PDF, Word, Excel, images) dans Outlook.

### Symptômes

* L’aperçu ne s’affiche pas dans le volet de lecture.
* Un message indique qu’aucun aperçu n’est disponible.
* Un générateur d’aperçu semble désactivé.

### Activer l’aperçu des pièces jointes

#### Autoriser l’aperçu des pièces jointes

1. Ouvrez **Gestion des pièces jointes**.
2. Cochez **Désactiver l’aperçu des pièces jointes** puis décochez à nouveau.

#### Redémarrer Outlook

1. Testez l’aperçu d’une pièce jointe dans un courriel.
2. Testez l’aperçu dans une application de bureau.

### Si ça ne marche toujours pas

* Redémarrez Outlook.
* Testez avec une autre pièce jointe (un PDF simple).
* Si besoin, ouvrez un ticket avec une capture d’écran du problème.
