## Statut des services

Ici, vous voyez si un service IT rencontre un problème.

Vous y trouverez :

* ce qui est impacté en ce moment
* les maintenances planifiées
* l’historique des incidents

### Incidents en cours

Quand un incident est en cours, il apparaît ici.

Chaque incident doit répondre à ces questions :

* **Qu’est-ce qui ne marche pas ?**
* **Qui est impacté ?**
* **Depuis quand ?**
* **Quand est la prochaine mise à jour ?**

<details>

<summary>Exemple de mise à jour (à titre indicatif)</summary>

**Résumé** : Problèmes de connexion au VPN.

* **Impact** : certaines connexions échouent. Travail à distance perturbé.
* **Depuis** : 09:10
* **Statut** : En cours d’analyse
* **Contournement** : redémarrer le poste puis retenter (si possible).
* **Prochaine mise à jour** : 10:00

</details>

* **En cours d’analyse** : l’équipe cherche la cause.
* **Cause identifiée** : la cause est confirmée. Un correctif est en cours.
* **En surveillance** : le service revient. On vérifie la stabilité.
* **Résolu** : le problème est terminé.

{% hint style="info" %}
“Prochaine mise à jour” indique l’heure du prochain point, même sans nouveauté.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://smedai.aivd.ch/applications/materiel/readme/statut-des-services.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
