# Pas d’affichage sur écran externe

Vérifiez le câble, la source et le mode d’affichage.

Suivez ces vérifications dans l’ordre.

### Vérifiez l’écran externe

Allumez l’écran.

Vérifiez que la bonne source est sélectionnée (display port)

### Vérifiez les connexions

* Rebranchez le câble vidéo.
* Testez un autre câble si possible.
* Débranchez puis rebranchez la dock si vous en utilisez une.

### Changez le mode d’affichage

Sous Windows, utilisez `Windows + P`.

Testez **Dupliquer** puis **Étendre**.

### Réinitialisez l'affichage

Appuyez simultanément sur les touches (ctrl + windows + shift + B)

Vérifiez si l'écran s'allume

### Décidez de la suite

Si l’image apparaît, le problème est résolu.
