# Carte SIM qui n'est pas reconnue
Je ne peux pas passer d'appels via mon mobile.
Suivez ces vérifications dans l’ordre.

### Vérifiez dans les paramètres SIM que la carte SIM est bien active
* Aller dans paramètres du mobile
* Connexion
* Gestionnaire SIM
* Vérifier qu'il y'a bien un numéro de téléphone dans le gestionnaire SIM
* Si il y'en a pas, désactiver puis réactiver la carte SIM

### Redémarrer le téléphone
* éteindre complètement le mobile puis le réallumer :
* Appuyer simultanément sur le bouton volume du bas et le bouton allumer
* Appuyer sur "éteindre" et attendre 5-6 secondes

### Décidez de la suite
Si l’autonomie reste anormale après recharge et redémarrage, ouvrez un ticket.
